My mom and I had a great time walking through the Dow Gardens yesterday. It was a perfect autumn day. I would have liked to spend more time with her there but the place closed at 4:15 and just as we were pulling out of the parking lot to leave, my daughter called me to pick her up from her friend's house so our visit was cut a bit short. But we can do it again! =) Here's one of my favorite colors in the fall:
